The past

Our experience dates back to 1994, but we entered the corporate world in 2004 by providing consulting services in the field of marketing and business development for companies in the manufacturing, automotive, chemical and oil sectors. We helped them grow, whether it meant assisting with the introduction of new industrial product lines, or with opening a factory in Romania, promoting highly specialized products to targeted markets, or delivering market research studies.

Clients include: ACCENTURE CENTRAL EUROPE (consulting-technology-outsourcing), PRO AUTO INDUSTRIES (pipeline insulations, recycled rubber products, customized and dry ice cleaning solutions, fluorescence microscopes, and other ecological highly-inovative specialized products), SES GRUP (soil and water decontamination, sulphur reducing solutions), DEGUSSA ROMANIA (specialty chemicals), THERMOPOL LIMITED (automotive), PIRA INTERNATIONAL (printing), JOB PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS (training development, workforce management, event support, and program development), PROBUILDING INTERNATIONAL (construction).

So where does real estate fit into this? After a number of transaction origination deals, we decided to switch tracks and since 2006 we provide real estate advice and brokerage to Romanian and international clients.
